CANCELLATION, RETURN AND
EXCHANGE POLICYCANCELLATION
We fully understand that
sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase. If you change
your mind before receiving your order, just send an email to our Customer
Service Team [email protected] to cancel your order and we will
use all reasonable endeavors to cancel it providing your order has not yet been
processed. If your order has already been processed, such cancelation will be
treated as a return. Please refer to our Return section below for further
information. In all circumstances, you can always contact our Customer Service
who will be happy to assist you.
RETURNS
You may return the
product(s) to us either:
For returns from within Nigeria
You can contact [email protected] to arrange return of items via
our offices, once we verified your purchase
you can visit any of our office to get different size from ecommerce or choose any
other items available on the stores.
Kindly mention Item
code, size of item and required size of new items on the email.
Return of items subject
to stock availability.
For returns from outside
of Nigeria:
We are unable to process
a return for items shipped to any other destination.
All products must be
returned to us unused and with all related accessories (such as tags, boxe(s),
instruction booklets etc.) if any, still attached and in the same condition as
received, in their original box and packaging, along with the original invoice
within 30 days of receipt by you.
Returns that are damaged
or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to you. Product boxes should
also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return
may not be expected if the box is damaged.
Once we have received
and inspected the returned product(s) and approved the return by email to you,
we will refund the price paid by you for the product(s) (with the exception of
applicable taxes and delivery and return charges). Merchandise returned to fumzyandfriends.com will be processed within
ten business days (2 weeks) of receipt.
If you receive a wrong
product, or a product received by you is damaged or defective, or if you simply
wish to return your product for any reason, please contact with our Customer
Service. Our team will contact you to assist you with your return request
within two (2) business days.If the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing
defect by our product experts and technical team, we will repair it or issue a
replacement subject to stock availability. If the item has a missing part, we
will provide what’s missing subject to stock availability.Items that are
damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be damaged or
defective. Where possible, we will offer to repair defective items.

receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
Please send all items
you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is
processed as quickly as possible.
We offer a flexible
return policy to make your online shopping experience as easy and convenient as

EXCHANGES
Please note that we do
not offer any exchanges. You are invited to return your product and then place
a new order for the product you wish to purchase, subject to stock
availability.
